Alleman - Deliperi Biomimetic Bur kit

Here is everything you requested for Dr. Willardsen’s set up. When I spoke to him yesterday, he said he should only need 3 kits for this first class in two weeks, and an extra replacement bur for each kit.  I have put the number he will need of each in parentheses. Maybe we should provide a few more than the 1 extra bur per block he requested just in case? I’ve also attached a drawing of how the block will be set up.
